This Privacy Policy explains what personal data is collected when you visit this website or book lessons, why it is collected, and what rights you have.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The personal data controller (operator) is Nadezhda Sergeevna Mochenova (Моченова Надежда Сергеевна), a self-employed professional in Russia (payer of the professional income tax). For any questions about your personal data, write to nadyarussianteacher@gmail.com.

2. What data is collected

When you visit the website

• Technical data recorded automatically by the web server: IP address, browser and device type, date and time of the request, the page requested and the referring page.
• Anonymous statistics collected with Umami, an analytics tool hosted on our own server: pages viewed, country, device and browser type, as well as downloads of the free guide and clicks on links to Instagram and Boosty. Umami does not store IP addresses and does not identify individual visitors.

The website does not use cookies — neither for statistics nor for advertising.

When you book and take lessons

• Instagram messages: your name or username, the content of your messages, your level, goals and preferred lesson times.
• Payment data from Boosty: your Boosty username, the amount and date of payment. We never see or store your card details — payments are processed by Boosty.
• Lesson data: your name in Microsoft Teams, and the exercises, notes and homework on the Holst platform.

3. Why and on what legal basis the data is used

• Running the website and keeping it secure (technical data) — legitimate interests of the operator.
• Understanding how the website is used and improving it (anonymous statistics) — legitimate interests of the operator.
• Arranging and providing your lessons (booking and lesson data) — performance of a contract with you.
• Issuing receipts under Russian tax law — compliance with a legal obligation.

4. Who receives the data

• Hosting provider Timeweb Cloud, Russia — stores the website, server logs and statistics.
• Meta Platforms (Instagram) — when you message us on Instagram.
• Boosty — when you pay for lessons.
• Microsoft (Teams) and Holst — the platforms used for lessons.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

5. How long the data is kept

• Server logs — up to 60 days, then deleted.
• Statistics — only in aggregated form; they cannot be linked to you.
• Lesson and payment data — while you take lessons, and then for as long as required by tax law.

6. Your rights

You can at any time:

• find out what data about you is held;
• ask for it to be corrected or deleted;
• object to or restrict its processing.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new “last updated” date.
